Prickly Pear Mimosa

This year we have closed up shop early for christmas, and headed down to mexico for some r&r. This morning we woke up to the sounds of the beach. Someone suggested we have prickly pear mimosas. I am surprised that we have never thought of this before, but it turns out that they are delicious.



2oz champagne

2oz Orange Juice

1/4 oz Cahill prickly pear syrup.


Try them out this holiday season.
